We've made some progress on the metal art workshop/gallery area. Sadly it's temporarily reverted to being a bit of a storage area. We're turning the end part of our house (which is currently little more than a dirt floored shed) into a designated laundry room. Which means that there are building materials and appliances that have been purchased and need a temporary home!
Nevertheless, here is a photographic update on the space including a progress photo of the newly concreted display area for the larger sculpture works and benches for the smaller pieces. (You can click on the individual images to expand them.)
I've started exploring another avenue for sculpture work: Horseshoes! I have already had a lot of success with this particular piece, in fact it leaves us next weekend to go to it's new home and I have a commission for a second one to be made the same.
I'm planning a 3D version of this next, I'm thinking it'd be a good think to mount on a pillar or near a gate to an equestrian property.
